Continuamos nuestro viaje, esta vez hacia el Valle de Aconcagua, ubicado en la zona central de Chile, un lugar cargado de historia, cultura y sabores extraordinarios. Este valle, que recibe su nombre del majestuoso cerro Aconcagua, es un verdadero emblema de nuestra identidad. Fue aquí, en el pueblo de Putaendo, donde se dio un hito histórico importante: el primer pueblo libre de Chile. Este evento, que marcó un antes y un después en nuestra historia, se refleja hoy en el espíritu libre y creativo de quienes habitan y producen en esta región.
El Valle de Aconcagua se extiende desde la cordillera hasta la costa, abarcando una diversidad de climas y paisajes que lo convierten en un lugar único para la producción de alimentos y bebidas. Durante nuestro recorrido, nos sumergimos en la riqueza de este territorio, explorando cada rincón en búsqueda de productos auténticos que representan el alma del valle.

Aconcagua Valley
We continue our journey, this time heading to the Aconcagua Valley, located in the central region of Chile, a place steeped in history, culture, and extraordinary flavors. This valley, which takes its name from the majestic Mount Aconcagua, is a true emblem of our identity. It was here, in the town of Putaendo, that an important historical milestone took place: the first free town in Chile. This event, which marked a turning point in our history, is reflected today in the free and creative spirit of the people who live and produce in this region.
The Aconcagua Valley stretches from the mountains to the coast, spanning a range of climates and landscapes that make it a unique place for the production of food and beverages. During our travels, we immersed ourselves in the richness of this land, exploring every corner in search of authentic products that represent the soul of the valley.
